We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, our return process is simple and hassle-free. Please review the following policy for all the details.
1. Return Eligibility & Conditions
- Return Window: You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return.

Eligible for Full Refund:
- Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: We’ll refund the full purchase price, including shipping. (Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item and provide clear photos of the issue.)

Non-Returnable Items:
- Sale items, accessories, and personalized products are non-returnable.
- Custom-made items: These are generally not returnable unless there’s a quality issue or shipping error.Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached. We cannot accept returns for used, altered, or damaged products.
2. How to Return an Item

Step 1: Contact Us
Start your return by emailing us at service@blawhee.com Include:- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of any damaged or incorrect items (if applicable)
Our customer service team will reply promptly with further instructions.

Step 2: Packing & Shipping
- Securely package the item, preferably in its original packaging.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error on our part.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping method and keeping the shipping receipt. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
3. Refund Process
- Step 1: Refund Approval
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item.

- If everything meets our return conditions, we will issue a full refund (including shipping) for defective or incorrect items.
- If the return doesn't meet the conditions, we may issue a partial refund.

Step 2: Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving your return. Depending on your payment method, it may take additional time for the refund to show up in your account.
Non-Refundable Costs
The original shipping fee and return shipping costs are not refundable unless we made an error with your order.
4. Order Cancellation
Unpaid Orders
Orders that remain unpaid for 1 day will be automatically canceled.
Paid Orders
- Cancel within 24 hours: Full refund
- Cancel within 24-72 hours: 80% refund + full shipping fee
- Cancel within 72-120 hours: 50% refund + full shipping fee
- Cancel after 120 hours: Refund for shipping fee only
- Shipped Orders: Cannot be canceled.
5. Additional Notes
- Buy-Many-Keep-One Orders: We do not accept returns for orders where multiple sizes/styles are purchased with the intent to keep only one.
- Custom Products: Custom or personalized items are final sale, unless they are defective or incorrect.
